We acted in a hybrid role as human centered consultants and designers for the logistics processes analysis of the employee experience and its visualizisation.

Discovery

Interview, observe and explore

We were in the field to record the processes. We interviewed employees about their work processes and observed them at work. We verified our findings with the team in workshop sessions. This iterative process enabled us to complete the overall picture in great detail.

Evaluation

Identify roles, responsiblities and cases

We consolidated and structured the various documents and findings to create a clear overview. Our focus was particularly on the employee roles and their goals.

Visualization

A comprehensive process landscape

Creating a detailed map we brought all information together and made it visible. It covers all cases for all roles and represents their responsibilities, interdependencies and the realted goods streams.
